Program

After selecting what we believe to be the most appropriate theme for each year's Health Work & Wellness™ Conference, we develop a program to ensure that delegates get as much out of the conference as we put into it. Our goal is multi-faceted; we want delegates to learn and grow personally and professionally. We want them to network and meet new people whose insights and advice are useful. But we also want our delegates to have fun and to leave the conference with renewed energy and commitment to address whatever challenges they may face back at work.

Our program is carefully and deliberately put together over several months to achieve this goal. It starts with a call for proposals from presenters and speakers. The proposals are then peer-reviewed by our program committee that includes industry leaders. The selection process is rigourous to narrow down the program to the elements we believe are essential for delegates' needs.

We are confident that this year's program is not only timely, but also timeless because it addresses both the current challenges of the economic downturn and the long-term issues that will always be key to organizational health and culture.
