This year’s event is guaranteed to inspire Big Ideas for creating a sustainable future we all can share. But implementing those ideas can be challenging, especially when we’re out of the energy high of the conference and back to “business as usual” at home. Implementation expert Rory Cohen will share her Take 10 Implementation System™, a fool-proof, step-by-step system to take any Big Idea from concept to action. Participants will have an opportunity to create a 30-Day Implementation Plan with simple action steps that can be taken right away.

The session will lead participants on an interactive journey that will explore four key links that have been found in building and sustaining an enduring organizational culture: healthy employees, healthy workplaces, healthy values and healthy leadership. The session is divided into three segments, including: building a foundation for creating and sustaining an enduring organizational culture; presenting leading edge research on the link between workplace practices, leadership, values, employee health and employee engagement, and developing strategies to create and sustain an enduring organizational culture.
