POST-CON A Taking Care of Business: Create an Implementation Action Plan

Billions of dollars are spent each year on business-training programs, seminars and packages. Yet statistics show that fewer than 10 per cent of attendees ever implement the ideas that get generated as a result of these trainings. The session looks at the psychology behind successful implementation of ideas, and is designed to apply across the conference streams. Participants will learn the "Take 10 Idea Implementation System," a step-by-step system for implementing any idea, goal or project. The system combines elements of cognitive and behavioural psychology, time management and organization/planning tools. Through presentation, executive coaching, and interactive "get-it-done" participation, Rory Cohen will lead conference attendees to create their BluePrint for how they will implement the ideas that get generated for their team. Participants will have an opportunity to prepare for the "Monday after" by creating a simple, sustainable 30-day action plan to guarantee that they will implement at least one of their Big Conference Ideas. The presenter will offer a follow-up coaching teleseminar to help ensure that the plan is achieved.
